Tim is a highly accomplished communications and operationalisation professional, offering over 15 years of multi-national senior management experience, leading diverse impact driven, cross–functional teams through global and emerging markets.
Tim has an in-depth understanding of Public & Corporate Affairs, data-driven Sales & Marketing, Impact Investing, Business Development, Operations and Process Improvement and Change Management.
Tim has worked with a broad range of clients covering NGOs/Foundations, DFIs, Built Environment, Pharma, Agribusiness, International Business Trade Associations, Logistics, Telco, Tech, FMCG’s, Banking, and Manufacturing.
He recently concluded over six and a half years with Rendeavour, Africa’s largest city developer. As Head of Marketing and Communications, Tim was responsible for the reputation, brand development, and marketing activity across five countries. He developed and managed 14 brands from the ground up while building Share-of-Voice for the company across a varied stakeholder matrix. In 2019 over USD13 million in Advertising Value Equivalency was created from traditional PR alone. With a potential reach of over 900 million people, this was an increase from 2018 by 300% and 180% respectively, and led to over USD100 million in sales revenue from incoming leads and USD1 million in personal sales.
Before joining Rendeavour, Tim spent five years with leading global public relations agency Porter Novelli, based in Lagos, Nigeria.
